Hybrid, remote, or in-office?
Hybrid, flexible. Just get your work done and everyone’s happy — whether that’s from home or the office. Most of us like each other though, so we like coming in to collaborate, but we also value deep work time whatever that looks like for you.
Where's the office?
We currently have two offices — our head office in New York, and we have an office in Melbourne, Australia.
Are you funded?
Yes! We’re fully backed by some of Australia’s biggest VC funds like Square Peg and Rampersand. And we’re growing by the minute.
What's it actually like working here?
Our team is built from a bunch of cool people with a diverse mix of expertise, and that’s a really exciting environment to be in. Like most early-stage businesses, it’s busy, with lots of collaboration and exciting problems to solve. You won’t be bored. You will be challenged.
What else should I know before applying?
We’ve got lots of cool perks cooking. But in the meantime, we have an ESOP (employee stock ownership plan) that you can be a part of if stocks are your thing. Also, being a start-up, you have the opportunity to grow your career at record pace with almost all roles on offer.
What's the process if I don't get the job?
Whatever happens, we promise not to ghost you. We respond to every application, provide genuinely constructive feedback to all unsuccessful applicants and generally aim to treat everyone like humans, you know? Basic stuff.
